From Outlook

1. Create an email account
2. Check the box to Manually Configure Account
3. Server Info : Select what type of account you want to setup, IMAP, POP3, Exchange*
4. Server Settings: Incoming and Outgoing Servers: mail.topb.com
5. Logon info : YOUREMAILNAME@topb.net
6. Password : Is what you tell us or we assign you. Can be changed later
7. Click on More Settings, Then click on the tab for Outgoing Server
8. Check the box that requires SMTP Authentication
9. Select the bullet for "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"
10. That would be about it !! You should see your account in Outlook

* Exchange has a little different procedure

For Outlook Express users. These settings are very close to the above. Information provided here would work in the fields in Outlook Express. However, Exchange does not work in Outlook Express, plus, you can only have one Exchange account per Computer.

Postini Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam Feature

This is offered as an additional cost per email account. If you are the administrator of the domain we can have all email accounts flow into one master Postini account that the Admin would need to determine if emails should be delivered to the email users of the domain. Otherwise, each email account can control their own spam emails. Each Postini account costs approx $ 2.00 per account per month.

You can check your email on any computer with a internet access by going to the following Web address in your browser :

Username name is the front part of your email account before the @ symbol or you can use the complete email address
